By accessing or using Godeliverd ("Service"), operated by AtlasLabs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Godeliverd is a client handoff portal that allows freelancers and independent contractors ("Users") to create branded project delivery pages for their clients ("Clients"). The Service includes file delivery, deliverable tracking, confirmation workflows, and related features.
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using Godeliverd you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@godeliverd.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to use the Service to:
All content, design, code, and branding within the Service (excluding User-uploaded content) is the exclusive property of AtlasLabs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant AtlasLabs a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion; please contact contact@godeliverd.com for billing disputes.
Free plan usage is subject to the limits described on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free plan features at any time with reasonable notice.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a limited period as required by law or our backup procedures.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AtlasLabs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AtlasLabs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AtlasLabs is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
